Complaint Submission Terms

These terms apply when you submit a complaint through Kings Network Trusted. They explain what you are agreeing to, how submissions may be used, and how information may be shared to facilitate resolution and reporting.

1. Agreement to Terms of Use

By submitting a complaint through Kings Network Trusted, you confirm that you have read and agree to all provisions of the KNT Terms of Use, which govern your use of the Sites and all submissions of content and information to KNT, including your complaint submission.

You acknowledge that your submission may be subject to licenses and other terms regarding user-submitted content described in the KNT Terms of Use.

2. Your certification

By submitting, you certify that your submission:

  • Is a truthful account of your experience with the business, and you alone are legally responsible for what you submit.
  • Is written in a factual and respectful manner, without abusive language or threats.
  • Does not intentionally include sensitive personal identifiers, such as full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, or other highly sensitive details.
  • Does not include another person’s private details unless you have permission to provide them and it is needed for processing.

Please do not include highly sensitive information in your narrative. If verification requires additional documentation, KNT may request it through a secure process.

3. What you understand

3.1 Publication and visibility

  • After your complaint is closed, the text of your submission may be publicly displayed on KNT for up to 1,095 days (3 years).
  • You may withdraw consent to publish the text of your submission at any time by notifying KNT. If you withdraw consent, KNT may continue to count the submission in complaint totals and analytics without displaying the text.

3.2 Processing and sharing

  • Your submission, along with contact information you provide, may be sent to the subject business for response and resolution facilitation.
  • Your submission may also be shared with service providers or third parties that help deliver complaint processing functions, such as customer relationship tools, messaging systems, email delivery, verification services, or case management.

3.3 Moderation and policy controls

  • KNT reserves the right not to publish your submission, or to limit visibility, in accordance with KNT policy and moderation standards.
  • KNT may edit or summarize content to protect privacy rights and to remove inappropriate language or other objectionable content, while aiming to preserve the meaning of your submission.

3.4 Complaints and reviews

  • Complaints and reviews are different features. If you submit a review about the same experience, KNT may treat the complaint submission as the primary record for complaint reporting and resolution tracking.
  • If you submit both, KNT may decide whether to display a review depending on whether the complaint is accepted and how the content aligns with KNT guidelines.

3.5 Verification and privacy

  • KNT may use your contact information for verification, fraud prevention, and quality control.
  • KNT may share information provided by you and the business with affiliates, contractors, and service providers as needed to operate the platform (see KNT Privacy Policy if you have it published, or update this link to your final privacy page).

Acceptance of a submission does not mean KNT verified the facts or determined fault. KNT facilitates communication and documents outcomes.

4. Consent to sharing

To help detect patterns of misconduct and protect consumers, you consent to KNT sharing complaint details and related information with appropriate third parties for fraud prevention, dispute processing, and consumer protection purposes, when permitted by law and consistent with KNT policy.

KNT does not share your information for third-party marketing purposes based solely on your complaint submission.
